Incredibly rude candidate experience. Cant speak for their services. Had an interview scheduled, ran into heavy traffic in Denver, but called to no avail (they schedule interviews at 7am btw) and I also emailed to alert I was running behind. No response. It took me nearly 50 minutes to get there from an accident (should have been 30) and still would have had 40 minutes of the 60 minute interview, but upon arrival I was turned away for being tardy. Talk about a lack of compassion for your employees/candidates. For an online presence that talks about work flexibility and great work life balance for their EEs, Im sure it was a blessing in disguise, but I wouldnt have continued in traffic to the destination and interview I had prepared for (not to mention taken time off of work of from my current position, since they wanted in person) had I known Id be turned away for being 15 minutes late in a city that has known traffic issues. Yes, I would have been tardy to the interview, but the majority of the time was still available and things happen 🤷‍♀️ Worst part is because Ive researched the company online ahead of time my browser's Algorithm still thinks Im interested in their careers or services and I have to see their ads constantly. Ill be steering clear, thanks.

I am extremely pleased that I found this group of extraordinary individuals. Tristan headed my zoom consultation and made it very easy to choose this firm. She was very understanding and attentive to my situation and my needs and provided the information I needed plus more. I couldn't be happier that I have them in my corner.

I just completed a consultation with Joe and he was amazing. I felt like I was being listened to and that he understood my problem and understood what I am looking for as an end result.
