All professional at beginning, but it broke down. Process server posted notice on our front door instead of mother in law in back of property. When I made them aware of mistake they did not respond in a timely manner or even admit their mistake and I was charged $38 . We get a CDC doc from tenant and lawyer says it does not mean anything. Writ is filed and doc is produced to evict. The deputy shows up and can not proceed because of CDC doc. Tenant will be in mother in law for 9 months, not paying rent or utilities. The lawyers advice I payed for is not worth it. I regret hiring them.
