I had a relatively easy dispute to discuss with them. When I called on a Monday (even though it was a holiday) a receptionist was there to help. She quickly gathered information and was able to schedule a consult for me the following day.
I spoke with Bruce Rands and he helped restore my confidence and explain things at a level that I understood. I will be contacting them in the future for any legal needs.
