I spoke with Steve Whitmore with Robinson & Henry. He was very professional and provided me with all options to get my issue resolved as well as where to go and how to get the information I needed. The most important thing to me was that he was honest about my case and what it would cost me and the best option for me to take. He could have easily taken my money to handle the case knowing it would cost me more than I would benefit if I won my case. The money I paid for the 30-minute consultation was well worth it!!! I would definitely recommend others to this law firm.

False advertising.

DO NOT USE: Gives off shark like imitation scam firm. Called attorney (3) days prior to a ridiculous "consult" for which I paid $95 to talk to the side of his neck profile. He spent most of the consult talking then said I been on a 15 min consult for 20 mins. He took 6 mins to even load his crappy zoom screen before he even got on to discuss anything. I wouldn't waste another penny on this firm. Will Salkin is the worst "attorney" I have ever dealt with. Save your money and do it yourself as you would be better off in the long run.

Monica Espino is very disorganized and was late to the case assessment rescheduled and was still equally disorganized. She had the wrong intake information pulled for another client which gives me pause about privacy concerns so willfully discussing a person private matter without the intended recipient. Very bizarre experience. I reached out for legal assistance wit an HOA matter. I definitely will not be proceeding with this firm.

Stephen Whitmore was a true professional. He was able to assess the situation quickly and advise on best practices to resolve the dispute as amicably and cost effective as possible. I would most definitely use his services in the future, as needed.

I worked with Geanne Moroye at this law office. She was very helpful and excellent at her job.

My daughter’s court case was over July 19th and was told it was 30 days for her to get her (my) deposit back. She spoke to James who sent in an email stating it was processed on August 2. It’s now August 30th and we still do not have the deposit returned. I personally spoke to James on the 26th and he advised me that if I don’t get the check in two days to call him back and then they will put a stop payment on it and we could come in and get the check. So I called them today and he changed the story and said well we have to put a stop payment on it, which can take days, and then I don’t know how long it’ll take to get the deposit from there. Beware of this law firm because all they do is play games and will refuse to return your deposit. If you don’t make a payment in a timely manner to them, boy do they get upset! But when it’s time to return your money, they don’t wanna do it. We will be taking further action.

I've spoken to 2 lawyers here now about issues with retaliation from my HOA board/management company, as well as several issues regarding bad finances and no maintenance. The first experience was positive, focused on hearing all of my concerns and giving me a path forward without litigation. My latest experience was much more dismissive and didn't seem to coincide with all of the DORA information provided for homeowner rights.
