I was very disappointed becasuse when I call them many times to ask if they got my contract they always told me it was not found so one day I call back and ask them if the have my contract and they told me no I just told them I do not want you guy to help do anything more I don't want your help thank you and know I got a call at work and I'm going to get some paper from the office to follow up I do not know what is for ???????

They won't return calls or emails. After a year I am seeking other representation. Beware of using them . Shame in them.

I would give them less stars if I could. Keep looking!

After my spouse was struck by a vehicle while riding her bike we began working with the defendants insurance. To say the least, this did not go well at all. We were harassed and basically bullied. Long story short, we contacted Gary Bell and began the "process." From this point on it was very long but always could see light at the end of the tunnel. Between Gary and Kelly, we received updates as much as possible. I have served 30 years in the Military and am a very forward person who believes in honesty and integrity. I would not hesitate for a second to put Gary Bell in that same category. Forward, honest and integrity beyond doubt. Forward; when you meet him some may think he is grumpy and straight speaking. He may be but will give you the information you need and tell you what you need to hear, whether good or bad. Honest; he never once guided us down a path that we didn't know the direction we were heading or what we might encounter in the future. He will tell you what is "reality" whether good or bad. We never had to guess what may or may not happen. Integrity; this sums up the top two. No amount of money changes what happened to my wife. Gary understood our beliefs and listened to us. He in my mind showed true compassion towards her and what happened. Once her case was close to completion at one point Kelly Bell even went out of her way to deliver paperwork across town to save me time. I personally want her to know that was appreciated. My wife and I are truly thankful, not for an amount of money but for listening and showing true compassion. We both thank you for that. As my husband stated, no amount of money will change what happened to me that day but I am very thankful that we found Bell and Pollock. Gary listened to me and helped me through my situation from start to finish. We appreciate everything the whole team has done for me. Truly we Thank you! Your firm deserves a 5+ rating for sure. Bradley Pollock has been so helpful to our family. He has assisted myself and my husband when a contractor tried to rip us off and he helped our so Douglas with a custody suit.
