Great advice and gave clarity on next steps

I had a positive experience in my consult with Geanne Moroye. Her background in attorney regulation was extremely helpful to me. I appreciate that she quickly confirmed that I could not bring a suit, and explained what, specifically, were the obstacles, but she also gave me clear guidance in how to proceed in the grieving process against the attorney which will save me time. As a general business practice, separate from Ms. Moroye's council which was genuine and helpful, I did not appreciate that the law firm requested payment for services in advance. To take a credit card as a guarantee of payment, and then charge it after services are rendered, is an acceptable business practice. But pre-payment in this situation made me wary of a long-term relationship with the firm as payment in most law firm situations is made after the services are rendered, and the payment was requested AFTER setting up the consultation, rather than informing me before setting it of what it would cost and that it was required in advance. I recommend that they consider being more transparent in their intake process.

From the beginning of my bankruptcy process they were friendly, respectful, attentive, helpful and supportive every step of the way. I am so grateful to have found them.

This firm only cares about maximizing billing. You will be given advice detrimental to your own cause if it means getting your billing to skyrocket. Basic, simple things will be overlooked and filed incorrectly on your behalf putting you in a terrible position. Attorney will show up looking disheveled, in sneakers and laugh and joke in the courtroom when you are obviously losing while doimg very little to fight for you. This law firm also has a very hard time keeping good attorneys and turn over here is very high on the divorce side.

The attorney I talked to was very helpful very kind and had a lot of information to provide they are every educated and very professional and definitely know how to budget prices based on your case. I would highly recommend them.

I had an excellent consultation today, very helpful and to the point. I hope to never need the service but if I do I know where to call. Highly recommend for contractor/customer disputes.
