I had a contractor do some work on my investment property and wasn't sure if I needed to get a lawyer involved. I had a free 30 min consultation with Dean Ferraro to help me navigate the costs of repairs and damages. He was very professional and helpful, and gave me a full understanding of my legal rights. When they took on a case, I liked the professionalism and care you had for clients. Cost for such large teams added up quickly. When I needed help on the same case at a later date, I was denied. Strange.
