I was actually the one being evicted and the firm represented the property manager. Even though the (newly appointed) Judge ruled against me, he made a few recommendations to the attorney and landlord based on my particular circumstances so that the eviction would not reflect negatively on my record. Their patience and willingness to help me through this process even under no legal obligation after the ruling made a huge difference in my situation.

I have worked with this firm for 5 years now and we always have a pleasant experience with them. We attend their training classes, lunches, and have always learned from them and enjoyed the courses/ trainers. They are always friendly when we call-in and always keep us posted through the eviction process (which we have several every month). We have never had a bad experience with anyone in their office and highly recommend this firm. If a landlord lost a case, it's not always 100% on the lawyer, maybe sometimes but not always. You have to document everything especially more so if you know you're going to court. If the landlord is always doing their job, there typically isn't ever a reason to lose.
