A few years ago, Jeremy helped my wife and me form our construction and consulting companies. He walked us through every aspect of the process, including the tax ramifications of our options. To this day, I can e-mail him a contract in the morning and he has comments for me by lunch. Also, due to my work schedule, on many occasions, Jeremy has worked with me on the weekends or late at night.
