Both attorney Emily Griffith and assistant Lorine are patient, kind, have a sense of humor while being professional and keeping us on time so next appointment wouldn’t be held up. We are a senior couple 80 & 75, and can tend to dawdle but Emily and Lorine’s patience and care made us feel unhurried, while moving things along with signing our trust, wills, etc. Please use OATH Law if you’re in need of an attorney for your estate, etc.

Wills, trusts, estate planning? It’s all super confusing and daunting! But with Dave Strouseburg in your corner, it becomes a breeze!! Wills simplified is exactly that!!! He makes it simple!! Teaches and speaks in terms that everyone can understand. Not just lawyer jargon!! Wonderful experience and so glad our family’s estate is taken care of!! Would give 6 stars if we could!!!

We were unsure about the status of our estate plan so responded to a flyer received in the mail. It has been 17 years since we paid any attention to the question, and we are getting older. My wife and I are happy we responded and met Emily Griffin and the Oath Law team. The process was efficient and effective. The documents and process now soon to be completed was in important step to take. The laws for probate have changed in Colorado and we were not aware. Plus, a host of other details now put to bed. Stay away! She calls you about the same stuff you’ve gone over multiple times so that she can bill you per minute for the call. She sent me personal information for another client which is a huge violation. All she wanted to do was keep dragging things out which only benefited her billing and not my case. She failed to show for one of my court dates. The court had me call her to track her down. It was so embarrassing and could have cost me if I wasn’t able to reach her and get her on the phone. They’re incredibly disorganized. A total mess. Listening to Paula talk, especially to her staff, was also horrible. She’s also dishonest. When I fired her she filed a report with the court saying she fired me because of non-payment. I was fully paid and had a $0 statement. I referred another client to her when I first hired her and that client had the very same complaints. I had more problems with Paula than I can even recall. Find a different attorney. Any attorney but Paula

Very professional. Lorine was awesome, but I was disappointed we didn't get to see Emily. Assured that we can contact them if we have any questions or issues.

Super easy process. Emily is a great educator and I feel much more comfortable and knowledgeable about Trusts!
