I was searching for a Business Attorney and found a lot of great reviews for David, so I thought, okay I’ll give him a shot. Believe me, all the reviews about David and his practice are spot on! I contacted David about a business purchase I was in the process of making. I had no experience at all in dealing with attorneys, especially with regards to buying a business. David walked me through the process of buying a business and guided me along the way to the final purchase, and was there when we closed on the deal to review the final docs and to be there just in case anything were to pop up at the last minute; he definitely had my best interests in mind. He never used any of the typical legal jargon that can be confusing or intimidating. David always made me feel comfortable when asking “dumb” questions, and he is very reasonably priced. If you are in need of a lawyer, contact David, he is an outstanding attorney who won’t B.S. you. I've known David for about 3 years and I'm not sure there's a better blend of personality, ethics and an eye for detail. Although I've had a retainer with a lawyer I worked with prior to David, he has produced or reviewed a variety of documents for me including employee handbooks, client rental contracts, service contracts, commercial leases and more. I had him create the articles of incorporation, EIN filing and articles of organization for our most recent business and he did a fantastic job drafting the asset purchase agreement for our pending acquisition. I have also referred several people who have had nothing but great feedback from their experiences. While David certainly has a wealth of knowledge and experience in estate planning and probate law, he has vast resources to accommodate a variety of needs. The best part is, if he encounters a request that he is not comfortable with, rest assured he will let you know and point you to the appropriate contacts to meet your needs.
