I was in an accident involving another car for which I received a DUI among other charges. We hired David after a friend referred him. I was expecting to not only lose my license for a year but possibly serve jail time as well. While working with David, I felt not only like he was taking my case as a priority but that he cared about me as a person. In the end, I served no jail time, didn’t lose my license and got minimal penalties on all all charges. It was the best outcome for which I could've possibly gotten. He is an extraordinary attorney and man. I would recommend him to anyone.

David was highly recommended to us as a Problem Solver, and indeed he was more like a miracle worker. He gave us such a sense of hope and calm knowing he was in our corner with his expertise, experience and wisdom. I approached David to represent me on a Driving while Ability Impaired charge. David was understanding of my circumstances but at the same time he counseled me to be proactive in doing things such as attending alcohol education classes. With David’s well intended counsel as well as his experience with the system and in the courtroom we were able to achieve a plea bargain that held me accountable for my actions but yet was not nearly as punitive as it could have been.
