I had the privilege of working with Jennifer Gersch for years as a colleague. We referred clients to each other, knowing the client would be treated respectfully and be given an honest, fair evaluation and representation. Attorneys like Jennifer are hard to find, and when you do, hang on to them! She is talented, knowledgeable, and a fierce advocate. I highly recommend her and her firm to help you through your criminal case.

If I could I would leave negative review. Do not go to this lawyer to get any legal representation. He will not respond, nor call you and when he does he will ask you about a situation not regarding you at all. Then he will steal as much money from you and over charge you so you are left with nothing left. He had been paid for three weeks and I had heard nothing about my case and when he did call he asked me about something that wasn’t even my case. When he would call he wouldn’t even know what my case was in regard to! It wasn’t until I said I was pulling did he want to do any type of work for me and even then charged me and arm and a leg for nothing. You’ll have better luck with any other lawyer. DO NOT GO TO THIS CROOK Don’t dare ask him a question about your case if you don’t want to be charged a ridiculous amount for him not even respond to anything anyways!

David was extremely patient while working with me. I would recommend him especially to anyone who is unsure of the law and it's processes. I also felt comfortable to call or email with my questions, no matter how small or simple they seemed. I was confident he would answer and respond in a timely way.

Jenn is an excellent attorney who truly cares for her clients. David did an excellent job on all the estate planning documents my husband and I needed to have peace of mind in terms of having our affairs in order. He answered all of our questions and was very patient as it took awhile for us to think through beneficiaries and how we wanted things structured. After "interviewing" a couple of Attorney's, I chose David because I felt he listened to my concerns, addressed my questions in a straight forward manner, and I felt I had developed a very good rapport with him.
