Boris Libin was the one, who, after carefully reading my lease agreement concluded, that there is a way to get my Tenant/occupant evicted, during the era of CDC’s moratorium for an eviction. No other law firms could not . He spent tons of his own time thoroughly preparing all the documents for trial. Including phone calls, talking to his client and witnesses as does it in very professional and polite way. And we won a trial. Yeeeear!!! Boris is honest, highly intelligent, well educated , knowledgeable, one of a kind attorney. I would definitely recommend him. If you are looking for one who can take you case, answer all your questions ( trust me , you’ll have a lot), prepare you, etc, take your case all the way to winning state.

Want to give a top review for Boris and his work with me as a tenant in a dispute with my landlord. His skill and knowledge of the court system and how to navigate it was excellent. Most importantly Boris is a calming force in dealing with the stresses that can come with a legal dispute. I can't recommend him and using him as your representative enough.
