Personable, they made the process make sense, I felt cared for every step of the way!

I found myself in a challenging and delicate legal situation and during that time I was recommended to reach out to Matthew Hand. From the very first moment I consulted with him, I felt I was in good hands. Matt listened and empathized with my situation. I felt that I was understood and valid. He is extremely knowledgable and thorough. I was given options and was always advised towards what favored me the most. When other legal systems weren't operating the way they should have, Matt stepped in and took everything off my plate. I didn't have to deal with any aspect other than having a 'final say' as to how I wanted to move forward. If you want an attorney that knows what he's doing, that truly cares about your situation, that doesn't charge for anything unnecessary, and that will always put YOU first, I highly recommend going with Matthew Hand. I called the Morrell law firm to seek advice and possible representation when I got sick from mold exposure at my place of work, and my boss knowingly put me back in a compromised room without telling me. Britton called me and we spoke on the phone for about an hour. Of all the attorneys I contacted, he was the only one who spent this much time discussing my case. He explained all the legal and procedural ins and outs, and helped me gain clarity and understanding that I've not been able to get anywhere else. Ultimately he was not able to represent me due to the complexities of my case that will require a different type of lawyer. But I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and compassion for my situation, and for his ability to explain the legal minutiae and details in a way I could understand. He was very patient and intentional and it was above and beyond what any other lawyer would do. Because of this I'm giving him 5 stars and I imagine he would provide the same service and care for a client.

I am currently a client of another attorney that has stopped communicating with me about my case. I contacted Mr. Kaplan, and he was kind enough to take the time to speak with me (even though he was out of town.) As part of our conversation, he told me that he would contact my current attorney to encourage him to do a better job. I received an email from my current attorney within a few hours. I would highly recommend him for not only taking the time to do something for someone who isn't his client and for actually doing what he said he would do.

If you get injured at work don't even hesitate to hire a lawyer and I'm so glad I chose Jacqui. I was struggling and getting screwed by my companies insurance company and as soon as she accepted my case things turned around. I was able to pay my bills she got me the surgery and the money I was owed so I could focus on my recovery and not how to feed my family. One of the best choices I've ever made.

Micheal is the most down to earth and honest person to work with. When I was in my accident. He was there every step of the way to answer questions. My first time talking to him he called me back after his office had closed within 15 minutes. He put me and my wife at ease with everything that we had to go thru. I would recommend him to anyone who has been injured at work.

Matthew helped me navigate an extremely difficult situation as an RN at local medical center. His knowledge and guidance was right on point and the investigation was eventually dropped. I had the privilege of (briefly) working with Lisa on an employer issue and she's fabulous. Great communicator and just overall a good, honest person. Would highly recommend her!
