I have been a client with Kaplan Morrell for just over 4 1/2 years. Mike Kaplan was my attorney and Tammy Roberts is his paralegal. Mike and Tammy have stood by my side during one of the most horrible times of my life. Their compassion, integrity and knowledge are exceptional. When I had questions they took the time to listen and answer so I would understand their response. They both responded to emails and phone calls immediately and would let me know if anything was delayed. They worked closely with my doctor so I did not have to be the middle man. With a TBI it is difficult to express everything I was going through but they understood this and never made me feel less than. If you are looking for a lawyer and team that cares deeply about getting you exactly what you deserve for your worker's comp claim, or any of their services provided, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jacqui and Kaplan Morrell! I had a workplace accident that was denied by the company so I picked Kaplan Morrell due to a friends recommendation, and I am very happy that I did. I even had to move across the country during the process and told them to just forget about it as I thought it was going to be too difficult to manage. After injured my back at work in November of 2023 I went through a lot of problems with workers comp and some of the doctors who work for workers comp so I decided it was time for me to look into hiring a lawyer. I did four consults with different lawyers until I did a consult with Sheila Toborg and from our first conversation I was more confident in her ability to fight for my rights as an injured worker than any other lawyer I had spoken to and she really cared about me and my injury and how it had affected me and my family. Mike is very down to earth straight forward easy to talk to no bs guy. His assistant Tammy is constantly on her A game as well with an average reply to email time of about 5 minutes even after the case was closed and paid out on there end. The experience was all in all Very easy to deal with considering how tedious these things can be. However all of that is just icing on the cake of the deal Mike was able to negotiate for me on both occasions.
