I came to Kaplan Morrell for professional feedback, and I was so impressed that Britton and Michael made me a priority. They fit me into their busy schedules for a long talk, despite knowing I wouldn’t even be a client for them. Their commitment to the law, their fellow practitioners, and their community was evident in their willingness to counsel me. Was dreading the need for a lawyer. Mike Kaplan put me at ease and gave excellent counsel and representation.

There are WC Lawyers and then there is Michael, I have had Mike since 2009 after i was hurt in November 08 in my opinion this is more then just a job for Mike. You can feel how much he cares for you and your family, this man and his staff treat you like family and not just another pay day. For almost 10 years now Mike and Brandy have helped me and my family through some very tough times with WC and he has never never let me down, every time and i mean every time he has advised me to do something it worked out perfectly. If you need a WC Lawyer you are doing yourself a disservice by not having Mike and his staff in your corner, they are kind, considerate, compassionate, hard working and there only concern is making sure you get the treatment you deserve. The WC system can be very intimidating and confusing and WC like it that way so don't go it alone and make sure when you do take it on you do it with the best Michael Kaplan. To me Mike and Brandy are more then just my Attorney they are family because that is how they make you feel. Bless you Mike and Brandy for all the hard work you have done for me and my Family and all the other people that seek your help everyday. Mike is fantastic he not only was very easy to work with but he held the workmans comp company to pay what my claim was truly worth. They offered my $2,000 he got me $50,000. I highly recommend you call him

I recommend Attorney Matt for legal services. He is very intelligent, well spoken and aggressive when it comes to defending his clients. I've seen him in action and give him 5 stars for an outstanding defense.

Matt is fantastic!! Ethical is the best way to describe the way he approaches his job. He cares about his clients and is always willing to go the extra mile. I needed his council for a civil litigation. What was nice was that he listened, made certain he understood, and took a thoughtful approach to get the result I wanted. I definitely recommend Matt.
