I have heard nothing but bad things about and from this law firm, they are nonresponsive and just unspeakably unprofessional, enough said

I originally wrote a 1 star review because, even though I was a past client and gave Pascal a 5 star review, he has been very slow and non-responsive to me, despite me trying to give him work. I had a phone appointment with him today at 1 p.m. and he cancelled TODAY because I wrote a bad review!!! This is after losing the entire previous week waiting for his responses. Here is what his email said: "Dear Mr. Burns and xxxxxx: Based on the online "reviews" you ("Dee Bee") and your non-client friend ("Royal Pie Face") left on Friday, I will cancel today's appointment. Due to attorney client privilege and as a professional courtesy, I will not respond to you or your friend online or write a similar non-factual "review" of xxxxx. Ms. xxxxxx should contact USCIS directly for her green card or she can hire a different attorney and I wish her the best of luck. Do not contact this office anymore, thank you. Pascal Schunk" How is that for professionalism? My son and I wrote factual reviews about Pascal's poor performance, and his response was to take his ball and go home, not try to change our opinion. In addition, he acts like he's doing me a favor to not bad mouth my company about which he has zero knowledge! If you want to work with someone like that, you'll get what you deserve. I even called his office again today to try to talk to him and he won't take my calls and hasn't returned ANY of my multiple voicemails over the past week. His receptionist also refused to do anything but keep sending me to voicemail, she said she physically could not walk to his desk and tell him I was holding. Pascal, if you want to badmouth my company and lie in response to me telling the truth about you, knock yourself out. And my son IS a client and knows full well about your lack of responsiveness and is being affected by your lack of responsiveness to finish the job I was TRYING to pay you for. Oh, and here's one last tidbit. About 18 months ago Pascal emailed me because he was getting so many bad Google reviews it was harming his business. I immediately posted a 5 star review to assist him. The 4+ star rating you see here is a LIE, he somehow figured out to change his website or something else to reset his star rating, as you can see he only has 13 reviews. Think about that, shiny new paint on a house rotting from the inside. How's that for loyalty? I helped him when he needed me and when I hurt his feelings, he ditches me.

Excellence is Set with Pascal Schunk Law Firm. This is the 2nd time I have used Mr. Schunk's office for immigration purposes. 1st for my wife's greencard and this time for my mother's citizenship. Mr. Schunk personally attends every matter. I have used other lawyers for my immigration purpose and non came to the interview nor even on the phone as Mr. Schunk did. Me and my husband hired the Schunk Law Firm P.C.to get an adjustment of my status from J1 to a Green Card when I got married to my husband. Even though our paper work took 2 years to come together, Pascal did never tell us that our contract expired or that he will not carry on our services. Even after years he was absolutely aware of who we are and where we are in the process and always available for questions. I also needed a travel allowance in the process which he took care off for me so that I could visit home because our process took so many years. He was also very cost efficient. We have no complaints and appreciate everything he has done for us. We would be happy to recommend him and use him again for Naturalization in a few years.

My husband and I hired P. Schunk for my transition from F1 (OPT) to permanent resident. We had a very tight time frame since my OPT was about to expire, and my boss stopped my H1B paperwork. We hurried up our legal wedding and were left with only one month to get my permanent resident status. Also we needed a travel permission to go to celebrate our religious wedding in Peru. Pascal guided us all the way through the EAD card, the permission to travel, the green card application and finally the green card interview.
