We had been putting off this process for quite some time after initially attempting to use a “simple” online tool (which was anything but). Michelle made everything so straightforward and easy to understand (both the more complicated pieces we couldn’t quite wrap our heads around ourselves and all those things we didn't know that we didn't know) and helped us finally complete this long-standing item on the to-do list. On top of her professional expertise/competence, she is also a delight to work with! Very thoughtful and kind, plus she has a great sense of humor!
