She assisted my attorney at my mother's guardianship hearing in Oklahoma. If not for her speaking up on my behalf, I would have lost the guardianship to an independent, state-appointed guardian. I have engaged her now to represent me this time in litigation against my siblings regarding my parents' living Trust. There has been incredable contempt of me by my 3 siblings over care of my elderly parents (which I alone supplied for 10 years, with no help from them). The older my parents grew, the more my brothers became greedy and began accusing me of terrible things (ALL untrue), so they could get me away from my parents, have my parents deemed incapable and put in a nursing home, so they could get their hands on their Trust money.
