I spoke with Grace Riley, considering her for a very intense custody case. She was SO kind and sympathetic to my situation. As well as extremely knowledgeable and gave me As Much as advice as possible as she could without representing me yet. I only ended up choosing another attorney to go with because of some very specific nuances of my case. However, before I went with that attorney, Grace was at the Top of my List! I highly recommend her and Modern Family Law Firm. They consulted the extreme vulnerability of my situation so delicately and with the utmost professionalism, and I thank them for their consideration and time :)

My experience with modern family was anything but pleasant from the start of these people told me one thing and it ended not being that. I would definitely not recommend modern family to anyone. All they do is take your money and you have nothing to show for it. No work being done on your case paralegals teaming up with other paralegals and you gotta pay their fees! The communication is unbelievable here. No communication at all. They told me that my retainer would be issued to me without any problems. Told me it would take 10 to 14 days and it is now been 20 days and still I have not seen anything. And they are still charging me after I fired them. Be careful what you guys get yourselves into with modern family. Like I said I did not have a pleasant experience with this law. Firm at all. Definitely would not recommend this firm to anyone.!!!

Nick Tootalian and Sydney Kossow are excellent attorneys and helped me navigate a very difficult divorce process with realistic, understandable, and trustworthy guidance.
