I would highly hightly recommend talking to Dianne if you have been involved in an accident. I was rear ended on 1-25. And after the accident I was not right. I had some lower back pain. So, I thought I could handle it on my own. Went to my doctor and had some physical therapy. I started talking to the other driver's insurance company. I thought I could negotiate an acceptable settlement, since I think that I'm pretty competent with negotiations. Emails back and forth. Provided them copies of my medical bills. A couple months went by and I was still going to PT appointments and talking with the other person's insurance company. They agreed to pay the medical bills, which was good. But they only offered $1800 in a settlement to me on top of paying my medical bills, AFTER 3 MONTHS OF NEGOTIATING!!! AND I couldn't get them to agree to some other forms of treatment that I wanted to try to possibly help my back. They still wanted me to only go to PT. I was hesitant to seek a lawyer, since the insurance company tried to scare me by telling me they will take too much of the settlement if I used one. The offer never went above $1800. That was the last straw. I set an appointment and went in to see Dianne. I spoke with another lawyer in the office to set things up. Right away, I was able to seek better treatment for my back. She set me up with some great doctors that really were able to help some for me. I never got back to 100%, so she went to bat for me to get me the best settlement she could. What did I get? Way more than $1800!!!! The insurance company was only going to give me $1800. But Dianne and all her great staff (also thanks to Brandon S) got way more. That was SOOOOOO worth the fee that Dianne charged to get that money. On top of the excellent settlement, they were able to get me some great medical care from very caring doctors. Don't hesitate to speak to Dianne. It is so worth it. You will be amazed. I almost made the mistake and took the $1,800. Don't listen to the insurance company or your family that tells you that lawyers cost too much. Dianne and Brandon are such a blessing to our family.

Waste of time. Over a year, I recieved less than a fourth of the settlement. All money goes to lawyer and how ever she sends you to. More appointments, their money. Less appointments your money.

I engaged the Sawaya team after a freeway/semi truck accident. Navigating the aftermath of a major accident is challenging, confusing, painful, and requires a great deal of patience.It has been one of the most trying experiences I've ever been through.
