I called this firm 3 times over a 2 week period and never received a call back. They obviously could care less about obtaining potential new clients, if that's how they treat potential clients I can only imagine how bad they treat actual clients.

Tony represented me in a legal malpractice lawsuit. He did a great job and although we were able to settle he was also willing to go to trial. His office was very helpful in explaining legal procedure to me and assisting with my travel arrangements to Denver. I highly recommend The Viorst Law Firm. They will fight for you.

We hired Tony when our son was pulled over for speeding, 24 mph over the speed limit in Chaffee County. It was a 6 point speeding ticket against a 19 year olds license, so we wanted to fight it. Tony had it resolved almost two weeks before our son's Court date, without our having to make a three hour drive to Salida for the Court appearance and Tony got the ticket reduced to zero points! Tony was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. We would strongly recommend him!

I hired Tony recently to handle a real estate matter for me and was very impressed with his prompt attention to the matter at hand. Even though Tony does not specialize in real estate law he drew up a demand letter that left the other party shaking in their shoes!. My case was settled promptly because of his letter. I would gladly recommend him to my family and friends. He was very patient, thorough and professional.

Very rude & unprofessional! I called to consult on the possibility of a case. Tony appeared angry, acting as if I should know law and even hung up on me. I guess everyone isn't a professional. Would NOT recommend.

Shantelle from Rider Goodwin helped a friend of mine. She thought she had nowhere to turn when divorce loomed in her future. Shantelle was compassionate and thoughtful and reassured my friend each step along the way. Read their approach and their core values. They are unique in an industry that is normally about billing as much as they can, ultimately at the expense of the client.
