I retained Marquez Law Firm for my divorce proceedings and Ms. Heather Landauer was my legal counsel. Heather did a wonderful job during the entire process of my divorce. I appreciated her quick responses, effective communication, fairness in billing and overall high-degree of professionalism. As emotionally difficult and draining that my divorce was on me, I truly appreciated that the legal portion of it was seamless and went forward as smooth as possible thanks to Heather's service.

I recently found myself in a situation I never thought I would be in, where I needed to seek legal representation for a child custody agreement for my two young boys (ages 5 and 2 years old) between me and my children's father. A good friend and family counselor recommended Rider Goodwin Law and Gayle Moser. Feeling terrified, alone and not knowing how to navigate a relationship with my children's father, Gayle gave me the tools and the courage necessary to stand up for myself and begin the legal process. She and her team were extremely helpful, reaching out by email and phone to send meeting and deadline reminders, which was completely necessary for me due to my hectic schedule as a single, working mom. Gayle explained hard-to-understand legalities and advised me every step of the way. She created a parenting plan based on her knowledge and a small amount of input from me. She created a positive and safe environment for me and my children's father to communicate effectively. We were able to come to an agreement without going to court and mediation, saving much needed time and money. I am overcome with gratitude and emotion while writing this review because I feel so indebted to Gayle.

I cannot say enough good things about the level of expertise and professionalism of Jason Marquez and his entire staff. When I found myself facing some legal challenges, I wasn't sure where to turn. I spoke with one attorney that was almost flippant about the situation, which immediately made me question his skills. I actually tried representing myself and found the legal system to be difficult to navigate on my own. Then I found Marquez Law. I spoke with Jason, explained the situation, and he offered me some insight that gave me clarity about what needed to be done; I also knew that I did NOT have the knowledge and experience to do it on my own. Jason did everything what he said he was going to do. He looked at the case from all angles, uncovered things I never could have, worked tirelessly to show the courts all the information, and represented me perfectly in court. Kelley really cares about her clients. She is one of the few attorneys I felt really comfortable discussing all of my concerns with. I ended up moving to CA so she couldn't represent me but all of the work she did to inform me of my specific situation really shows a lot about her character. Her office sends emails with answers to FAQs for those who might be nervous and unsure of their rights or what to ask! It was really helpful to receive those regularly as well! Overall Kelley is very well informed and a pleasure to talk to. You will not regret hiring her!

You can stop looking, You have found a great divorce attorney. Heather is fantastic. The emotions of going through a divorce are unbelievable. And even though I was all over the place emotionally, Heather was able to keep things calm and focused. I really appreciate her communication. She was always prompt with a reply to any questions that I had. Many times I got emails after hours showing that she was concerned about my case. When we got to mediation, Heather was very professional and organized. And when the other party try to do something unfairly she would put her foot down and do everything she could to protect my interests and rights. Also need to compliment Katie who works in the billing department If I ever had any questions she would, patiently worked with me so that I understood everything. Several times she was also a comforting ear when I needed to vent. I cannot recommend Heather highly enough. Talk with her. Hire her to represent you. You will not be disappointed.
