I worked with Elizabeth (Beth) Mitchell in establishing my estate plan, which included a trust and a will. I had a great experience working with this firm. Beth's knowledge, experience and expertise in estate planning is superb. She and her colleagues at this firm are very poised, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I hired Erica Johnson to prepare and finalize our living will, trust, and estate planning. We had interviewed other estate planning attorneys and ultimately hired Erica due to her professionalism, thoroughness in answering our questions, and overall knowledge about the estate planning process. We felt very comfortable with her guiding us through the process compared to the other attorneys we spoke with (from other practices). Estate planning is something we were not familiar with (other than knowing we wanted to proactively put our plan in place) and Erica was very patient in answering all of our questions throughout the entire process. We are so glad to have our estate planning completed proactively.

The entire process of preparing our wills and estate plans was very easy, and everything was explained in great detail. Our attorney, Beth, caught nuances that our previous attorney at another firm did not. Very professional and thorough and I would highly recommend them for estate planning needs.

Friendlyand took time to answer questions and explain any details of the will and documents until we were satisfied. Also was less expensive than some of the others we had checked. The only negative was that they provide the originals, but no copies, so we have to go to the library and use the library's open net to print them.

The staff is very friendly, no question too stupid, and the price was astonishingly affordable. Later questions years later were answered with alacrity and without further charge.
