Ben is an outstanding criminal defense attorney. Excellent Communication. You will ALWAYS know where you stand when he's working your case. The weight of having charges levied on you is tough enough to deal with mentally, but with Ben's experience as a defense attorney and his already "seeing it all", you just feel that you are in good hands... and you are. He's a powerful force and I trust him completely. He has a lot of energy and he without a doubt takes pride in his craft and helping those in that helpless state of mind of losing their freedom. He is Scrappy, and that is a very important characteristic to have as a criminal lawyer because the prosecution knows that he is not easily going to settle for a plea, which many times, that is the State's goal so they can get their statistic of a "conviction", prison time or not. His willingness to fight goes a long way in any potential dealing with the other side. Call Him. Hire Him. He'll take it from there. Ben was invaluable in helping my family and I through a very difficult time. He was on top of all aspects of both of my cases: deadlines, corresponding with opposing counsel, corresponding with the courts, corresponding with me, and he actively pursued and advocated for out of court settlement because it was what was in my best interest not what was going to put more money into his pocket. Ben was tasked with corresponding with an extremely uncooperative opposing counsel and conducted himself extremely professionally in order to best advocate for me as his client. Now that all of my court related issues have been resolved, I can focus on spending more time with my family and not have to worry about my family’s future.

I had a question regarding a warranty deed - an instrument I know little about. I asked Ben's office to have him call me. He returned my call promptly, and over the phone was willing to answer my question completely - he was very knowledgeable. If I could give Ben 100 stars, I would. He just recently worked on a case for my boyfriend that ended in the exact result that we were looking for. Not only was Ben a star in front of the judge, but he was very caring and attentive to our worries, concerns, and questions. He kept consistent communication with us and guided us through the entire process. Words simply cannot express just how appreciative my boyfriend and I are to him for all that he has done....the only way that I can express it is to say that Ben is forever welcomed at all family cookouts! :) He is definitely a shining star and I will recommend him to anyone looking to hire a lawyer!

My case just ended. After a long year with this dui/hit & run mistake its finally over!!! Benjamin Hartford is definetly the guy to call when you feel like your life is about to crumble. He took charge of my situation and I literally just had to show up to the court dates. At the end of my case I was off with minor charges considering i had about 6+ seriose offences. Not just that he took care of everything and anything that had to do with the dmv. They are their own entity and he fought for me until things turned out in my favor.
