The staff was understanding and professional. My attorney bore a lot of my angst with dignity and kept me focused on getting my divorce properly.

Dealt with this firm due to a child custody issue. Lies, rude, and actually instructed her client (other party) to break a parenting agreement. These people won't be around for long.

They weren't prepared for a family law hearing or CFI investigation, and were tripped up by the rules for heresay.

I had the pleasure of working with Tyler Lambert. He along with all of the GEM Law firm family, were so beyond helpful with my Divorce. With the help of Tyler, I was able to get what was fair and just in a very difficult custody battle. He was considerate of my feelings and compassionate towards my situation as this time has been the toughest time of my life. Tyler stood up for me when I couldn't stand up for myself. I would give him and the GEM Family law firm more than five stars, they are professional, empathetic and determined. I would recommend them to anyone struggling or needing the best representation, they put their clients first and exceed a 5 star rating in service! Thank you GEM family Law and a Million times Thank You Tyler for all the time and selfless energy you put into my case.

Erika Gebhardt is quite possibly one of the WORST CFI's a man could have on his case. She clearly is on a mothers side and unable to understand and or appreciate the value of a child's relationship with their father. When I had my interview with her, she even brought up her own father issues coming from a divorced family herself. All I have ever wanted was to be a father, to raise my sons to become good men and inspire others to do the same. My ex-wife had an affair, left our family and moved in with the felon she met at her local bar. After 2yrs of 50/50 custody my ex-wife decided to move back to be with her mommy and daddy so they could raise our children and help take care of her. Erika, being the piece of work that she is, agreed that she should be able to move with them and take them to backwoods TN. Since then, the man my ex left with beat her and moved back to CO. She has since had two more live in men. My sons are so confused. They do not like all these random men coming in and out of their lives and don't understand why they cant be with us both and spend time with their dad. They cry constantly and ask when they can come back home. Nice work Erika! Way to do what is best for the children. Men, if you have any way to prevent her being a part of your proceedings, do everything in your power to do so! Erika Gebhardt is the WORST CFI a father could have on his proceedings!!! The only reason there is one star was because I had to put one or would be unable to warn all other fathers out there. She deserves a negative star if that was possible!

I would highly recommend GEM Family Law and especially Heather Landauer. Heather had the utmost level of professionalism throughout my entire divorce process. Heather completed all drafts of documents and kept in the loop with everything. Her communication was always timely and explanatory. I felt at ease knowing Heather and GEM Family Law was handing my case to make sure everything was fair, equitable, and in the best interests of my daughter and myself. The support staff was amazing and responded quickly with any questions I had about billing and payment. The quality of service, attention to detail, and experience are well worth the money spent. Divorce is a very difficult time, but it was very nice and reassuring to have Heather and GEM Family Law on my side and making the process so much easier to manage. Highly recommended!!!

Words can't adequately express how much Erika and the whole GEM family means to me. I say family because that's what they feel like at this point. Erika cares about me, but she also cares very much about my kids and their well being. As stressful as this has been, she has held my hand through it all, even working well past hours to work on my case. She is passionate about her work both as an attorney and CFI and she is phenomenal at both. She is a bull dog and will fight for you (and your children, if needed). She is well balanced and has the patience of a SAINT both with me and opposing counsel. She is professional, thorough, methodical, and appropriately aggressive. I have had a very good experience with GEM Family Law. Ashely helped me through my case, and other issues that arose. She gave an outstanding performance that exceeded my expectations. I have read some of the negative reviews on here and I can say fully that none of those were true to me. GEM is a group of very talented lawyers.

I had a phone interview with one of the lawyers from this firm back in July. She was very unprofessional and rude. It was also clear that she was very biased in our case. I would not recommend this firm.

Benjamin Hartford was very responsive and fought for my case until I got what was owed. I would use him again if ever needed!
