About a year ago my son was was in a hit and run 23 December2 days before Christmas. Needless to say they didn't presue the other driver. They charged him with everything but manslaughter.I had called several attorneys and had set appointment and they never showed. It was on a Friday evening when the Attorney I was supposed to meet didn't show. My wife and I was in a frennzy. My son was in a hit and run accident charged with Dwi reckless driving . She took my case and from day one I knew if she couldn't do it no one could. She was so compasinate with my son and familyas he almost lost his life. She treated us like we were her familythrough out the hold process never leaving us in the blind. Also we found out that his license we're suspended because after wrapping his car around a pole and had to be cut out of his car the police said that he refused a roadside. So first her patients and experience of her craft scrutinized all the evidence presented by the DA she got all charges completely dropped. Then she reached out to other resources which she has a ton of them and had someone to repersent my son for his DMV hearing . DMb we're assholes. She reached even further and got a fomer DMV hearing officer to represent my son's case to appeal. In her words I am going to get you the best but not make you sell the farm to pay for it which she did. She is top shelf none better and guess what my son is completely clear of all charges driving with no restrictions. I can't thank her enough, the funny part about this we bacame very good friends and still have contact .We love you Ms. Toney and will never forget you have
