So I hired Rachel Connor to represent me for my first initial court appearance. I retained her for 5k and she only made 1 court appearance and made a total fool of herself, and I that I lost custody of my daughter that day. She was stuttering over her words, being run over by the COURT APPOINTED attorney that represented my daughters dad on the case. So I fired her and had better luck with a court appointed attorney. I only got $700 back on the retainer. So with that said I literally hired her to basically have my daughter taken away (temporarily thank God, with the help of my court appointed attorney). Don’t make the same mistake that I did it’s not worth losing your loved ones over!! Go with someone else.

I hired this firm to renegotiate my child support after a 45% pay cut and one child turning 18. It seemed to be a rather straight forward issue. My first attorney left the firm and then I went through 2 more attorneys here after the second attorney left the firm within a couple weeks of being reassigned to me. All 3 attorneys gave me somewhat different advice and nebulous scenarios with conflicting information and charged me by the hour each time I had to re-explain my case, ringing up my bill. They then sent all correspondence to my ex wife’s old address (I gave them the current address, but they used an old address listed on court documents from three years ago), so she did not receive the papers from the court until AFTER I had personally renegotiated the terms. So after about $2500, I paid for an attorney to write up a document that I negotiated to submit to the court. I have no idea what would have happened if it went to court, as my ex did not receive any court/attorney documents until AFTER everything was signed off on by the court. I would not recommend this firm
