After being injured in an accident that was not my fault, I contacted this law office to get the justice that I deserve. I had already let them know that the other insurance company had sent me a denial of liability letter. After 3 months and them insisting that I go to a medical professional and receive treatment,they call me and tell me that they are not going to continue with my claim because they got a letter of denial of liability (Which every insurance company does ). When I ask why they are refusing to just take the case to court, I was given the answer that The amount of money that they would make from my case would not be worth them providing me representation. I was blatantly discriminated against because I wasn't seriously injured and wasn't going to make their office a lot of money. Ryan was the only person who treated me with respect and tried to help me get justice. DO NOT SUPPORT A DISCRIMINATORY LAW FIRM. I would give zero stars if possible.

Prompt return of calls and /or emails from Erin and Jason. They Explain in detail, all the information requested and questions asked. They Explain things that are easy to understand do not talk at you, but with you. At first I thought it would be an easy fast process, getting a settlement, but its allot of work and many hours of negotiating all on MY behalf! Erin makes you feel like you are her only client. She did not give up or give in till she got me the maximum amount. It was a very very happy day when she called with the words "we settled"!!!
