Byron K. Hammond is wonderful. My brother and I were left with a estate from our younger brother with no will and no beneficiaries. In addition there was a difficult situation involved. He worked tirelessly to obtain the best results for my brother's children and kept all involved sane. If you ever need a lawyer in Colorado for an estate Byron is your man. We feel so blessed to have had him recommended to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Having never worked with an attorney's office before as a client, and never having gone through a lawsuit before, i have nothing to base my experience on. I will say, it took 3 years to get to a settlement but i did finally get it. There were long periods of time where i heard nothing from the attorney's office and was anxious but afraid if i called to check in it would just increase my legal fees. My attorney did prepare me fairly well for my deposition and explained the process and general rules. I felt that the deposition could have been handled a lot more sensitively for someone who has been through a lot of trauma. And my attorney (Robert Harper) did a good job at mediation, even though it was rescheduled last minute and no one bothered to tell me until i called to check, as i had received no written confirmation of the date and time and was nervous. They did call later to apologize, and the mediator reduced his fee by half for the inconvenience so in the end it worked out ok. I hope i never have to use an attorney again for any reason, but this one got the job done and settled my case to my satisfaction.

I strongly advise you to go with frank azar or another law firm, your case deserves so much better..

Don't bother going to this attorney. My son in law was stopped at a red light on his way to work. Two kids drag racing down Wadsworth in excess of 70+mph hit him at a standstill driving the metal from the frame of his cars seat into his back, giving him not only whiplash, but a concussion and totalled his car!! He's been under medical care for a year and a half, will NEVER recover from his injuries and was just told by the attorney handling his case that he shouldn't expect more than $11,000!!!! What a pathetic operation this office is!!! Maybe we should contact 9news so they can air concerns about the ethics of some of the attorneys on these commercials. I think most of Colorado would be interested in knowing

The Law of Dianne Sawaya and her associates was amazing handling an auto accident case I was involved (no fault of my own) in late 2019 until recently. From day one the process was easy. They walked me through each step, they were professional, timely, and at times went above and beyond to correspond with me via email, phone, and mail. They updated us on each process and gave scenarios and options of each possible outcomes. I found the staff easy to communicate with and their times, hours, and location also fit well into my schedule. I would recommend them for any auto accident or just to get some advice. Also, there doctors and chiropractors on retainer are amazing and I still use one of their chiropractors.
