After interviewing 3 attorneys I hired David because of his past experience in law enforcement and his knowledge of the Denver police and courts and time talking to me about my concerns. I had 3 traffic citations adding up to 24 pts which if found guilty would've cost me my license, job, house, etc. He took the time to fully investigate my case (which was typical Denver police handing out serious violations without evidence or solid detective work) and worked with the prosecutor to drop my citation to 4 points and some community service. His representation was worth every penny considering the consequences of losing my license. I'd highly recommend David to anyone that needs legal help with fighting a serious citation.

I was in a minor accident for which I was at fault (no injuries). Due to the incredibly strict and unusual traffic laws here in Colorado, and despite having a clean record, I was charged with a careless driving misdemeanor (Colorado's catch all accident traffic citation). Once I starting reading into this charge and all the possible outcomes that could stem from it, I decided I needed a lawyer. I contacted David's firm first and spoke with a member of his team. I felt very confident with the information they provided me from that first call and pretty much hired him on the spot. He and his entire team were very professional and efficient. He was able to get the careless driving misdemeanor charge reduced to a minor civil traffic infraction. I can not thank him enough for all of his and his entire teams hard work and dedication to getting my case resolved. I would recommend David to anyone in need of a EXCELLENT traffic lawyer.

My son and I worked with David on a Careless Driving incident that was not correct. With our pictures and David's research, he was able to get our issue lowered to small infraction that won't hurt my sons insurance costs. He spent nearly 1:30 hours with us going over the account, pictures, police report etc and was fully prepared on court day. Great Job David and team.

I hired him to help with a speeding ticket and a car accident. He was very knowledgeable and I did not ever have to go to court. He met with the prosecutor in my place. I was very pleased with his work as he decreased both my tickets. He was very pleasant and kind through it all.
