Hands down best lawyer you could get for any traffic violations. David went above and beyond my expectations. He also goes over everything in detail with you. He has great assistants as well and could not be more pleased with the outcome of my case. His professionalism speaks volumes and I’m forever grateful that I found David to represent my case.

After researching 8-10 law firms and telling them the Misdemeanor Speeding Ticket I've received from El Paso County Court, they literally told me "Good luck with that one. They won't budge". However, after speaking with Mr. Colt, he welcomed the case with open arms and approached it with positive energy. He dug deep and found a creative solution that I believe only he would have been able to come up with given his time as a Police Officer. As a result of this creativity, he was able to get a Misdemeanor with 6 points, down to an Equipment Violation with only 2 points at what is considered the most difficult court to deal with. Absolutely amazed by what he was able to do on my particular case. He's got my recommendation for any vehicle violation. "Wow" is the only way to describe what he was able to accomplish on my case.

David was first class understood me and my case and was able to get me a settlement that was much better than what we originally agreed upon. His experience and expertise in traffic shined he got it reduced to a 2-point Defective Vehicle, an equipment violation, a non-criminal/civil traffic infraction. I received a citation for careless driving when I failed to move over a lane when passing a police vehicle pulled over on the shoulder, but otherwise did not cause an accident or injury anyone/damage anything. David’s team was very nice and helpful from the consult, as well as through the process of taking on my case. He was able to get the citation reduced from a criminal to a civil offense that was more fitting of the circumstances and only put 1pt against my license. I received a court summons for having the wrong plates on my car, so I called Denver Traffic Lawyer to see if I could get help with these charges. The assistant politely explained in simple terms exactly what the charges meant and set up an appointment with David. After an hour or so phone call with David, he set up a pretrial conference to meet with the prosecutor and was able to get the charges completely dismissed. I was never expecting the charges to be completely dismissed, so I am more than happy with the outcome.
