Gayle was my second attorney hired and she understood my position from the very beginning. Gayle uncovered mistakes made by others in finances that tipped the scales in my favor through her very detailed work. Gayle was also very on-task and focused during out lengthy arbitration hearings and didn't miss a beat. In all, I got what was best for me and my child who has special needs.

Gayle helped me clean up a very tricky situation. Since family separation is a stressful situation, it was comforting to have someone that is knowledgeable and respectful and had my back all the way though. I brought Gayle on as my lawyer about halfway through the divorce that I was filing for myself. The legalize and requirements, at that point, made me realize I was a little over my head. I hired Gayle Moser in March 2015 to assist me with some post-decree legal matters relating to parenting time, child support, and shared responsibilities with the children. Gail handled my divorce in 2013. She was always prepared, very thorough and detail oriented. She was able to do what most people told me was not possible. She presented a very concise case to the judge and was able to convince the judge that it was in my children's best interest to award sole decision making to me.
