I retained Richard to represent my daughter. After meeting with him, he laid out two possible paths to resolving her situation and explained the strengths and weaknesses of each. Because of unique circumstances, we chose his least preferred approach. At all times Richard was patient (answering all of our questions), prompt, attentive, professional, and effective. The end result was what we originally sought. Based on our experience, he knows Colorado law, and how to achieve results in Denver and the surrounding metropolitan areas. I could not have asked for more.

Richard made the whole process extremely easy. I work a 8-5 job. He was at court WAY before my court time, pulled a ticket for me, and by the time I got there, already negotiating. He made the most out of my time and fought for my best interests. High recommend
