Needed help getting parenting time adjusted from my ex-husband. While it all sounded like it was a slamdunk case, Jason bled me dry with unnecessary filings and motions. He has no desire to work with the opposing counsel, which could have made things go much smoother and cost effective. He was late to 2 hearings. It was such an embarrassment. I am now having to re-do everything he promised we could get done over the past year. Save your money, run from this crook. He is an absolute rookie.

Working to make changes to current orders. Jason, up front, seemed like he knew what he was doing, I trusted him, took his advice, only to put me into a horrible position with my ex. He was tardy in responding, his advice, no that. I know better, was poor and only to drag matters out longer than needed. I guess this is how he plans to make more money. Do your research, and stay away from this crook!

Wow! I got took! This guy sent me a bill for breathing! He missed TWO, count ‘em, TWO court appearances, and still charged me, AND he lost my case! I will admit, Jason is a charming, articulate young man, but…….”One who overbills , and doesn’t show up” simply doesn’t win the race! My suggestion, keep looking for a lawyer!

I knew Jason was the attorney for me when I first consulted with him. Dealing with a very high conflict situation, a business, and several properties, I wasn't sure how to even begin, but Jason was confident and had experience with situations like mine. His skills in the courtroom, how prepared he was, attention to detail, and his wonderful team got me a better outcome than I could have imagined.

My divorce has been a mess from day one. I have made the acquaintance of several lawyers since the beginning of my divorce and I have only met one who was willing to take the time and had the requisite patience to deal with not only the family courts but a less than agreeable ex. Jason is often the smartest guy in the room and you need that when you go to family court. Long story short, I wish I had met Jason from the beginning. I also recommend Jason to all my clients going through divorce.

Jason is one of the best lawyer I ever seen in my life , I had trusted him more then I had trust my self in my criminal case , he knows how to play opposite game if they playing , he is one of the best criminal defense lawyer and child custody lawyer I have ever know . My times with Jason , I never had to worried about anything ,he will take it steps by steps , quicker responses and all help Jason have done to me, I will never going to forget his hard work on my case . You the best lawyer I ever know Jason . Whenever I need lawyer for anything Jason will be the first priority, I trust him then any other laywar out here tryna get money , At the end ,he dismal the most of case with his power as being attorney.

I am very happy with the service I received from Jason. He went above and beyond to be available and help me understand the dynamics of the law as it related to my personal case. His expertise was very valuable to me in making decisions for resolving the matter at hand.

I hired an associate attorney at Johnson Marquez Legal group. The attorney that was assigned to my case left the firm shortly thereafter and I was assigned to new attorney. The firm failed to disclose/ notify me of the new attorneys rate and billed me a much higher rate for the new attorney I was assigned to. By not notifying me of the new attorneys rate they breached there own fee agreement. Additionally I was billed for time and tasks that were redundant, billed for tasks that never happened, and for others that should not have happened. Now Jason Marquez has filed a lien and obtained judgment against me. Mr Marquez refuses to participate in legal fee arbitration through the Colorado Bar Association. Additionally Mr Marquez sent the lien and judgment paper work to me at an address I do not reside at. In a Reply to my response to his motion to reduce lien to judgment, there are several things this attorney has asserted that are outright untruths. If you want to be SUED by an attorney at the firm you hire to represent you and help you then hire this guy, otherwise stay away, far far away.

I thought I hired Mr Johnson based on his reputation and he introduces Mr Marquez as someone who will help with the grunt work to keep costs down. That is the last I ever saw of Mr Johnson even though I Repeatedly asked for him. I got saddled with Marquez who was only concerned about one thing....money! Sloppy, weak in court, forgetful of very important details, enormous amount of billed hours for simple tasks, etc. If he would have only been half the bull dog in court that he was when collecting his inflated bills we would have done much better. I recently discovered the firm is in bankruptcy which is clearly why the are all about the money.

Our case has only just started, but I need to say how pleased I am with Jason and his team for all of the hard work they have done. Really feel lucky to have him on my side!

I was legally represented by Jason for my divorce case which involved domestic violence. I was confused and didn’t know where to go or what to do when it came to going about the divorce. Jason’s previous experience in criminal justice really helped my case because he seemed to know everything about what the court would ask and think about my particular case. He guided me through getting the evidence I needed to show the abuse and also helped me get a restraining order on my ex-husband. Throughout the whole case I felt like I was in good hands. This law firm was really great in helping me through a quick and easy divorce. Even though my ex-husband and I didn’t have any children we struggled financially after we started a business together and it failed. The downfall of our business took a toll on our relationship so we decided it was best to start over again and part our separate ways. Johnson Marquez assisted us in sorting out our financial issues and helped us come to a resolution. My ex-husband and I still remain friends and thank Johnson Marquez for their excellent service.
