Meagan will not be prepared for your case as she likes to "wing it". When you complain, she will belittle you and then withdraw and leave you high and dry. She will then bill you for hundreds of hours that are not realistic, in retaliation. DO NOT hire this person or this firm.

Mrs. Moodie made several promises during the initial intake interview. But after they were hired, nothing that was promised was delivered. She was never up to speed or prepared. They missed several court deadlines and charged me to ask for an extension from the court. They copied and pasted a Motion to the Court that my prior attorney previously wrote and provided them, yet they charged me as if they wrote it. If you complain about the poor service, Mrs. Moodie with file a Mandatory Withdrawal, which means you asked her to do something unethical. Which in turn, makes you look bad to the Court. I would not recommend them to anyone. Mrs. Moodie literally withdrew 2 days to the final hearing date, leaving us high and dry.

Meagan Moodie is a hard working, passionate, and knowledgable attorney. I really appreciated that she would level with me. Other attorneys I have worked with in the past would tell me we would win everything, and that ended up not being the case. Meagan knew enough, and was honest enough, to tell me the truth about my case. She made sure I always knew my risks and the potential outcomes. She was level headed, despite my ex being pretty abusive and extremely hard to deal with. She made sure my kids were always the first priority on our side, and it was very effective. Our CFI didn't fall for my ex's "charm" and took well to our reasonable positions. I would recommend Meagan to anyone in a custody or divorce, as well as if you need a protection order. She is a great attorney and you will be in great hands.

Meagan helped me in the worst of times. My ex-wife was making my life absolute hell and she made it stop. I’m so much happier and so are my kids. She always had my kids best interests as her prime focus. She helped me become the equal parent I deserved to be.

Meagan was absolutely wonderful!! I can't even begin to express my gratitude towards her and all the help she gave me. Where do I even start? Meagan is a fantastic, knowledgable, compassionate attorney. You can tell she has a great deal of experience in family law matters. She always takes the time to listen and understand your particular situation. No matter the day, she always took ample time to deal with my issues and my case. I think it's hard to be "happy" at the end of a family law case, but I was very pleased with the outcome. She worked very hard and always kept the best interests of my children in mind.

It was a breath of fresh air to deal with Meagan during my custody case. By far the best experience I have ever had with an attorney. She was very conscious of funds. I did not feel like I was being over-billed. She was professional, courteous, understanding of my difficulties. She always had myself and my son's best interests in mind. You never hope to need a divorce or custody attorney but when you do, it's nice to have a good one.

I hired Meagan for my divorce in 2014. She is a hardworking and patient attorney. She was always there to answer my million questions. Overall, I had a pleasant experience--as pleasant as a divorce experience can be I think. At the beginning of my divorce my wife's attorney was making outrageous demands. Meagan was able to negotiate a fair deal for both custody and child support. I would (and do) recommend her to anyone.

Meagan Moodie was referred to me from a friend who had used Meagan for her divorce and highly recommended her for my custody case. I must say, Meagan's expertise in "custody battles" was exceptional. Meagan made sure I fully understood what we were in for, what it would cost (which was, in my opinion--- quite reasonable) and she didn't hide anything from me---which I truly appreciated. I had no surprises and I was quite impressed with how every detail seemed to be taken care of prior to going to court. I am quite pleased with the outcome and I can say---Meagan had to "fight" my ex and his attorney pretty hard to get me the outcome I wanted and my kids deserved. Hopefully I won't need to retain an attorney again for quite some time (if I do I will hire Meagan without question) I also however, would absolutely recommend Meagan to anyone in need of a divorce/custody attorney and actually--- everything pertaining to family law.
