Ann did exceptional work for my case. She persevered and utilized every option, she is an expert in DUI law and she truly cares about her clients.

This review is about a month over due but David and his network of affiliates worked together to unbelievably save my sons license! He was facing 20 points with 2 misdemeanors (one of which was reckless driving) as a minor and was able to get it down to 2 infractions with only 5 points saving his license and criminal record! We cannot thank David and his team enough! Best traffic lawyer in CO!

I am not much of a review writer but Ann Toney definitely deserves recognition for the hard work, dedication, knowledge, and detail-oriented effort she put into my case. Ann is immensely knowledgeable about the legal system in its entirety, different counties, laws, statutes, etc. I was battling a pretty tough case in Jefferson County (one that the DA said he only saw the judge approve ONCE in 6 months), and Ann managed to get me the exact outcome I was looking for. My probation officer called me afterwards and she even told me how great of a lawyer she thought Ann was- she said Ann knew exactly what she was doing and there is no doubt about that! It is very clear how much time and effort Ann puts into each and every one of her cases, something you don’t often find with lawyers. Always making sure to leave no stone unturned. It truly felt like Ann was taking on my case as though it were her own legal battle. I remained well-informed by Ann throughout the entirety of the process, a transparent and honest communicator whom I always felt had my back. I am grateful to have found Ann and would recommend Ann to anyone and everyone needing legal assistance.

Don’t waste your Money on anyone else. You seen the rest now you need to hire the best. She is awesome my son had a accident 4 years ago and they tried to hang him out to dry. Hired Ms Toney and from day one all the stress was gone after meeting with her. She treated us like we were family.
