It is my pleasure to write an endorsement for Nate Davidovitch. He is an intelligent and conscientious person who takes his work very seriously. Nate possesses exceptional problem solving skill for diffusing confrontational situations. He can clearly and effectively speak about with a problem then suggest a settlement solution with ease. Nate possesses an acute sense of integrity and confidentiality with regards to the law. He helped me through a difficult period in my life--I would both highly recommend him and not hesitate to retain his services again if the occasion should arise.

Nathan listened well to my situation and agreed to work with me when some others did not and he did not hurry me at any time. He was very good at giving me options each step of the way. He was able to retain my unemployment benefits after being challenged. He was personable and I thought he was more caring than most lawyers. Also, he was diligent about meeting deadlines.

She was very caring and genuine on the phone and did not seemed bothered by my questions. She spent a great deal of time on the phone giving information and telling me what I should do next before I hired her. My case was not cut and dry win or loss. Ann took the time to explain my options and as things changed throughout the case she went back and re-explained what options I had. During this time I never felt like Ann’s only concern was the case. She always asked how I felt and constantly was double checking to make sure I was ok. Since I had never been through this experience before I was very upset and nervous as to what could happen to me and how it could damage my career. She always answered my questions and made sure that I understood each outcome and I was confident in the direction we were moving. Ann was able to guide me during the process and was able to work with the DA and the Judge to get a plea deal that was ideal for my situation. I know all cases are different and there are many factors you must consider, but Ann was able to work with the DA and Judge so that I could plea to a DWAI instead of a DUI. I only received one year of probation, 24 hours of community service, and most of the court fees were waived. Ann really took the time to look over my case and to make sure that I was happy with my experience during the whole proceeding. She was always available when I had questions and returned my messages promptly. My experience with Ann was excellent!
