Nicholas spoke a good game on the initial consultation but once I retained services from Modern Family Law that all ended and His fraudulent fractional billing began . I've never felt more like a money printing machine than with Nick . Everything gets shared and billed multiple times by other staff members in this firm for some reason and when i request to review these charges I met with refusal and hostility. Everyone should avoid this Attorney and this firm like the plague

If I could give ten thousands stars, then I would. Nick Tootalian was a God send. He fought for what he knew we deserved. He gave me both legal and life advice, and he won. He won BIG for my children and me. I never doubted him, he was on my side, he made me laugh, and he is smarter than I could ever dream of being. If you know you're ready to leave an unhealthy situation, get ahold of Nick, and let him get to work for you.

My attorney, Nick Tootalian, was extremely knowledgeable in a complicated and sensitive situation.
