We met with Tara in April to discuss filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy; she listened to what we had to say; there was no judgment, just understanding and empathy; she was very procedural; told us what we needed to do every step of the way; followed up if anything was missing; and if we had questions, she was quick to respond. Our situation was a little more complicated due to being on the cusp of qualifying, but she helped us with the complicated forms and she represented us at the 341 meeting; now in 4-months time, our case is discharged and we are finally able to get our life back on track and still keep our home and cars. I am 100% pleased with Tara Salinas and her paralegal Peggy. They stood by me every step of the way in Chapter 7. I had many questions and I always felt confident in their responses, some of which even came late at night! Going through a bankruptcy is a humiliating experience (at least to me), especially nearing retirement age; but circumstances in recent years (stage 3 cancer, 2 layoffs, and an aging parent with Alzheimers) gave me little choice.
