Ann talked to me and told me she would be willing to take my case with filing a motion. I met with her Tuesday the following week. Meeting her, she forgot even talking with my family about my case. Ann decided she wanted a few days to figure out exactly what letters I would need to gather for my case. When I followed up with her about my case she responded that my days we met were mixed up and that she was mailing me back my personal copies of documents. Today I recieved my documents as well as a letter stating she is not willing to file my motion. I’m not sure if it’s Coldoado or why people cant just be upfront and in person about what they are willling or not willing to do. Thank you for wasting my time and taking on my case being so unorganized and so unprofessional.
