We have worked with Scheid Cleveland, LLC for about 8 years now, and I am so thankful to have them on my side! From corporate litigation to simple drafting of property leases and LLC agreements, they are always on top of their game. They are honorable and up front, which is rare in this field. They are not the kind of lawyers who will make the clients look bad with viscous revengeful tactics. They are fair AND aggressive. They want to win, but win the right way. We feel good about working with them, because we know we can hold our heads high and sleep well at night. But, don't take their strong moral compass the wrong way, they are tenacious, competent, and resourceful. If its the courtroom you find yourself in, they win, if its documents you need, they are thorough to keep you out of the courtroom! Thanks for all you have done to help my family Dan and Jan! Ann is amazing! If you are reading these reviews it's because you are looking for an attorney to help you through a difficult time and you need to find representation. Ann knows the Colorado systems. She knows the patterns of the judges, DA and county courts to help give you realistic expectations, and not waste your time or money. She is extremely responsive to emails and calls. If this is your first DUI and you are reading this review, it was mine also. It will be ok, but do yourself a favor and choose great representation! Ann Toney.

I experienced first-hand what it was like to NOT have good contracts in place when I had a client who turned out to be a bit shady, and didn’t want to pay for services rendered. I realized then how important having a good small business lawyer is, and Elizabeth Lewis at EC Lewis, PC is great. She initially enhanced my standard agreements. I’ve since engaged her, for several years now, to review every contract that comes my way. She’s also been key at helping me set up contractor agreements for my subs as well as reviewing agreements I receive from potential partners. We hired Ann to represent our son in Weld County a very difficult county for these cases. She was great. Communication was very clear and in a timely manner. My son was charged with DUI because he "smelled" like marajuana when pulled over. He worked at a dispensary had his badge and told the officer of course I smell like it I work with it all day. Ann was awesome and we were very pleased with the outcome.

I was charged with a DUI and I had no I deal what to do. I was looking for lawyers online and came across Ann Toney. I called her on a Sunday morning and left a message, thinking that I wouldn’t hear back until normal business hours. I immediately received a call back from Ann. She was very caring and genuine on the phone and did not seemed bothered by my questions. She spent a great deal of time on the phone giving information and telling me what I should do next before I hired her. My case was not cut and dry win or loss. Ann took the time to explain my options and as things changed throughout the case she went back and re-explained what options I had. During this time I never felt like Ann’s only concern was the case. She always asked how I felt and constantly was double checking to make sure I was ok. Since I had never been through this experience before I was very upset and nervous as to what could happen to me and how it could damage my career. She always answered my questions and made sure that I understood each outcome and I was confident in the direction we were moving. Ann was able to guide me during the process and was able to work with the DA and the Judge to get a plea deal that was ideal for my situation. I know all cases are different and there are many factors you must consider, but Ann was able to work with the DA and Judge so that I could plea to a DWAI instead of a DUI. I only received one year of probation, 24 hours of community service, and most of the court fees were waived. Ann really took the time to look over my case and to make sure that I was happy with my experience during the whole proceeding. She was always available when I had questions and returned my messages promptly. My experience with Ann was excellent!
