Update to this on 9/23/2022 - My ex husband has since as of last week lost custody due to a second degree felony of child endangerment and 3rd degree felony evading with my child in the vehicle. Regardless of what Ms. Augelli believes the facts are the facts. He was an abuser and still is and it took 4 years because of the GAL report to get my children to safety. I would never use Chelsea Augelli ever. She got it all wrong as a Gal and my son later had a broken finger and complex fracture in his arm that required surgery. My son got a concussion during the time she was evaluating and she blew it off. My daughter and I told the truth about witnessing physical abuse and she believed the abuser. Now my daughter is refusing to go due to abuse and it's putting me in a difficult place. I have had a Parental Responsibilities report that cost me 23k because of her failed report. It was in my favor. We will need to have more hearings now and it is horrible when she could have documented it appropriately.
