I was a single mom looking for a divorce attorney that made me feel safe and comfortable. Banafsheh was the 9th lawyer I had spoken with. During our first conversation, she was able to give me more information than ANY other lawyer combined. Banafsheh and her paralegals were all wonderful with assisting in achieving my divorce fairly and professionally. I could not have asked for a better team and highly recommend!

I called to speak to someone to get some advice on a collection company’s threat to sue me in regards to a collection from 2012, I was unaware of the debt and they were threatening a lawsuit, they provided a false case number and everything. Michael Watton took time out of his day to talk me through the situation and do some research to verify the case they provided. I would absolutely recommend Michael and his team!

My EX- Girlfriend. with eyes the color of money, decided to come after me for my car that I paid for since her name was listed as co-buyer. (Plastic surgery has gotten expensive in Denver as of late), and she was trying to get the courts to force the sale of the car and split the proceeds. I was assigned Grant Shibao and Leslee Balten. Grant is a second year attorney and Leslie is a senior partner. While Grant is new, you would never know it. Grant shredded my Ex's Veteran attorney at every step. All motions her attorney filed got blocked and was countered by Grant and every corner. To say Grant embarrassed opposing counsel with his thesaurus law mind is an under statement, he sent her lawyer cowling in shame back to his strip mall office. While I did not interact with Leslie, she was always advising the case and let Grant run the show, with good reason. He slayed it! Speaking of offices, their Denver is office is straight, BOSS!!! Located on the 20th floor of the Lincoln Center, they have half of the floor and it is off the charts. This is why you want ANY meetings for your case to take place there with opposing lawyers. This place shows they mean business and are professional law sharks and not ambulance chasers who camp out next to urgent care centers. I was given monthly billing statements and Grant always took my calls or returned them within an hour, MAX! No hidden charges, ever! After her attorney dragged out a process for months when it could have been settled in days (Someone wanted to run up her bill), she ended up with a big fat donut, nothing. She agreed to sign her name off the car and the asset is where it belongs, with me. I am so impressed with Grant and Ciancio Ciancio Brown, they are now my personal and business attorneys going forward for everything legal in my life. Do not waste time with any other firm, these are your people and they will make their presence known. I am from Chicago, where there is a saying. "If they bring a knife, you bring a gun.
