Absolutely blown away by my experience since filing through this office. I've had 3 or 4 different lawyers "assigned" to me in a year. My first lawyer Jordan was good with communication and keeping me in the loop, he left and went to a different firm. Since then, my time has been completely disregarded and wasted. Having to send numerous each time just for a single response or call back. The receptionist or legal assistant who answers the phone is absolutely rude and incompetent. I've legit never experienced anything like this especially from an attorney's office she shows absolutely no urgency or care in the world to help get your issue addressed. Called with an urgent matter and was booked an appointment weeks out. Asked if she had anything sooner.then she says yea I have one in two days. My first time going through this experience with little knowledge and wish I would've researched other firms first even if it meant I had to pay more money for a lawyer. If you can, avoid this place because you will be treated like you do not matter and like you're not a client. Ready to close this case and be done with it.

This is a great firm that values people, relationships, and doing the right thing. I called the Watton Law Group today with a few questions about how to setup or join an existing class action lawsuit.
