My father and brother hired Tyler to help him win his custody battle with his two young daughters. Tyler many times was very hard to get in touch with and would ignore phone calls over and over again. I kept telling my dad and brother that they needed to hire a new attorney because Tyler did not have my brothers best interest at heart. I wish they would’ve taken me a little more seriously however they felt they had invested so much money in him already that they stuck by him. Tyler showed no evidence in court to help my brother out… We submitted text messages, social media posts, conversations, photos of our family over the last 16 years with my brothers daughters, etc…Tyler used none of it in court. The end result were my nieces moving away with their mother to Illinois and pinning my brother as a bad father. He’s an amazing father. He just has a bitter and scorned ex-wife that wanted to hurt him and used their children for leverage. Do not hire Tyler if you are going through a custody battle with children… He does not care and will not show proof and documentation of what you give him to help your case out. He basically collected a paycheck and nothing more. Now my brother‘s daughters are in a fatherless environment because he failed to do his job properly.

First, I would like to say that I understand going to court is a very stressful process, nonetheless, finding the right representation that has your best interests at heart. I retained Tyler on a limited scope basis after consulting several attorneys. He was honest from the start and really worked for the money he earned. I can confidently say that choosing him was by far one of the best and important decisions I made for my case—which involved family court. He was prompt, understanding, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone as he made the process less stressful and gave me the confidence I needed to pursue this route. This is my very first review of any kind and it is well worth the effort in order highlight this amazing family law attorney with GEM Family Law. From the very beginning, Mr. Lambert displayed professionalism, compassion, and hard work during my complex interstate child custody battle. I received a very negative CFI report filled with glaring biases and lies. He methodically brought fourth evidence to debunk the blatant lies told during my trial. Mr. Lambert not only listened to me break down countless times on the phone but he took the time to validate my feelings every single time. He always returned my emails and calls right away, which helped reduce my anxiety. When ever I was confused about the court process/paperwork he patiently explained next steps and how to best prepare. In my opinion, Mr. Lambert obliterated opposing parties strategy during trial. Trial was nerve wracking, however I was instantly put at ease when Mr. Lambert transformed into a beast for trial. The look on my ex’s face and his attorneys face was priceless to say the least. Mr. Lambert’s approach did not surprise me because his work ethic from the very start was impeccable. No matter what my trial outcome will be, I know he did his absolute best to represent me and for that I am grateful. You will not be disappointed hiring Mr. Lambert to represent you.

Tyler was very professional and personable. He was by my side the whole time and really cared abut my case. He was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable each time I appeared in court. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood which made it easier to make decisions pertaining to my case. He was persistent with the DA and both times I was in court I didn't even have to see a judge.
