I would 100% recommend this firm. I was hit by a drunk driver, car totaled, and had medical bills. I considered just filing a claim with my insurance company by myself, but a friend recommended Meg Foley. Meg and the staff were great to work with, always available by phone and email for questions and help. She handled the entire process from start to finish, working with insurance companies on both sides, updating me throughout. I know my settlement wasn't the largest they've ever handled, but they treated me as if it were and took care of me as their client in the most professional way possible. I hope I never need an injury attorney again, but if I do, or know someone who does, I will recommend Meg and this firm in a heartbeat.

Having a serious auto accident out of state is its own special kind of torture. Fortunately, friends advised us to get an attorney and Meg Foley and her firm were highly recommended. Jamie did a fantastic job helping my sister settle her injury case! I’m sure he had to put in a lot of time sorting through various issues and loads of medical records but he was very thorough. I especially appreciated how supportive and kind he was to my sister, explaining things in a way that was easy for both of us to understand.

The worst phone call a parent can receive is that their child has been in an accident resulting in severe injury. After dealing with that initial shock, then you are left with what to do with the medical bills, the legal issues, the vast landscape that is our convoluted insurance industry.
