Fought for me in an injury .High recommendations .

I had a fantastic experience using this firm to handle my personal injury case. I was in a head on collision that left me with a head and back injury. I hired them so I wouldn't have to figure out how to reclaim things that were taken from and make sure the other drivers insurance company didn't take advantage of me. Jamie and Meg handled my case and they were friendly and concerned about the outcome I received. They were always available by email and I never had a hard time getting ahold of anyone. Cynthia was also fantastic in getting me information and getting messages to the team. The larger settlement was a bonus to hiring then for sure and it's always nice to do business with a firm that is locally owned and operated.

I got into a car accident in 2016. I was referred to David Downs office and I'm glad I called. They took care of me and it was a relief because I was 32 weeks pregnant at the time. That was my first time getting into any vehicle accident, they made me feel comfortable and my life less stressful. I needed advice in an area outside of the firm's area of expertise, but attorney Meg Foley took the time to listen to and understand my situation, and she put me in contact with someone who could help. She was generous with her time and I felt I was getting quality advice. if I need her in the future I won't hesitate to call!!

I worked with Meg Foley from this office and I felt like my case wasn't taken seriously. I did a LOT of the foot work to obtain medical records and bills. I was misguided during the whole ordeal. Looking back, I was misled. After working with this office for over a year, I felt rushed and pushed into an unfair settlement. I still owe medical bills and I'm not well. Again, I felt misguided and placed on the back burner for other cases. She kept delaying our phone meetings. I just wasn't pleased and that's a horrible position she put me in. I do NOT recommend this firm.
