Joel was willing to take on our case even though we are out of his district. He explained all the steps in the procedure so that we were able to easily understand them. During the case we had a medical emergency and Joel handled everything with as little disruption to our situation as possible. Biggest plus with Joel is he is a great communicator. We hope not to need his service again but will definitely use him again.
