I was very lucky to be able to retain Mr. Torbenson's services. My ex-spouse had filed many lengthy and confusing motions to try to intimidate me, remove my parental privileges, and keep my daughter from being able to see me. Mr. Torbenson quickly understood the situation and put together an effective game plan to protect my rights as a parent and keep me on track with the court's timeline for responses and appearances. Mr. Torbenson has extensive knowledge and experience in family law proceedings and made expert use of it to work with the court, and opposing counsel to reach a settlement for me and my daughter that was fair and made our lives considerably easier with future visitations. As a parent himself he was able to understand and empathize with the importance I placed on my role as a parent and continually made himself available and approachable for any concerns I had while maintaining consistent attention to my case for its entire duration. I am extremely grateful to have had the benefit of Mr. Torbenson's, and his supporting paralegal, Tami Pray's, legal assistance resolving such an overwhelming situation. I hope to rely on them again for any future family law concerns.

Dale Torbenson is an excellent lawyer. I had interviewed several lawyers via telephone for my case before speaking to Dale. Upon the initial call, I knew I wanted him to represent me with my case. He was completely thorough, non judgmental and very detailed in his explanations (which I needed because I ask a lot of questions.) He requested that I come into the law firm to speak with him that day, which definitely eased my anxiety. While in court, he again presented himself in the same professional, detailed manner and we achieved the desired outcome.
